Hello everyone!
My name is Kayleigh and my biggest wish is to finally become a mother. Sadly, a serious illness, which has now been overcome, has unfortunately made it near impossible for me to conceive through natural means. The only way for me to get pregnant and to have a healthy child is through a fertility clinic.
However, this route is incredibly costly.
My partner and I, because of our social status as same-sex couple, do not receive any financial support from our health insurance and have to fund everything completely by themselves. We both have good jobs and are committed to raising our child together. However, the immense cost (which must be paid upfront) currently exceeds our means.
The situation is shattering. The fact that we have no help from the health insurance company, because our relationship doesn’t correspond with that of a the traditional partnership, makes us both sad and angry. A life without a child is unthinkable for me as a woman, and for us as a couple.
We would be very happy if there were a few loving people who would help us to achieve our dream of becoming parents. A child is the greatest gift in the world, and we would be beyond grateful for any support. A donation, no matter how small, will make a vast difference to our lives. Thank you.
